Larson-Juhl Australia aim to operate a 24 hour or same day despatch for all orders, excluding chops, which can take up to 2-3 days.

During busy trading periods, order turnaround may be extended, depending on resources.

Shipping Information

Larson-Juhl Australia offer free shipping for order placed over a value of $800 (excluding GST). Otherwise, shipping rates are calculated and charged to your order at the time of invoicing.

We contract different couriers to deliver to various geographic regions around the country, should you need locally specific information, please contact your local office or sales representative for more details of shipping times etc.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

Larson-Juhl Australia will accept return of any damaged merchandise within seven days of receipt. The return of such goods must first be authorised by a representative of Larson-Juhl Australia and all returned goods must be accompanied with the details of the original invoice. Once approved, Larson-Juhl Australia will Issue a Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. Contact our Customer Service team to discuss any arrangements in this regard.

Incorrect Merchandise

Larson-Juhl Australia will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.

Larson-Juhl Australia accept no responsibililty for any consequences or delays as a result of incorrect or damaged supplied materials.
